En ComunidadHF las adoptamos como referencia para promover una administraci\u00f3n moderna, clara y orientada al bienestar colectivo.\n  <\/p>\n\n  <section>\n    <h3>1. Respeto de horarios y tranquilidad comunitaria<\/h3>\n    <p>\n      El descanso es un derecho b\u00e1sico. La gu\u00eda recomienda evitar ruidos fuertes entre las 22:00 y las 08:00 horas, o seg\u00fan lo establecido en el reglamento interno.\n    <\/p>\n    <blockquote>\n      \u201cEvita hacer ruidos fuertes durante las horas de descanso\u2026\u201d\n    <\/blockquote>\n  <\/section>\n\n  <section>\n    <h3>2. Conocer y cumplir el reglamento de copropiedad<\/h3>\n    <p>\n      El reglamento es la base de la vida en comunidad. Cada residente debe conocerlo y respetarlo, incluyendo normas de uso de espacios comunes, actividades permitidas y sanciones.\n    <\/p>\n    <blockquote>\n      \u201cFamiliar\u00edzate con el reglamento de copropiedad y resp\u00e9talo.\u201d\n    <\/blockquote>\n  <\/section>\n\n  <section>\n    <h3>3. Uso adecuado de viviendas, bodegas y estacionamientos<\/h3>\n    <p>\n      Las unidades deben utilizarse para los fines establecidos. Gesti\u00f3n adecuada de residuos<\/h3>\n    <p>\n      La correcta disposici\u00f3n de basura evita plagas y malos olores. Tambi\u00e9n se recomienda separar residuos reciclables y seguir protocolos para desechos voluminosos.\n    <\/p>\n  <\/section>\n\n  <section>\n    <h3>9. Seguridad en piscinas, quinchos y \u00e1reas comunes<\/h3>\n    <p>\n      Supervisi\u00f3n de menores, respeto de horarios y cuidado de infraestructura son esenciales para disfrutar estos espacios sin riesgos.\n    <\/p>\n  <\/section>\n\n  <section>\n    <h3>10.
